Mr and Mrs Schlösser, directors of the Tschuggen are delighted to invite you to an Aperitif and welcomes all lovers of top gastronomy to enjoy the high art of modern, aromatic gourmet cuisine.

Chef Marco Campanella, will prepare a 6-course tasting menu specially for us! He has been awarded already 18 GaultMillau points and two Michelin stars for his creations in the Restaurant La Brezza in the sister property Eden Roc in Ascona, where he cooks over the summer season.

He has been crowned “Discovery of the Year in Ticino” by GaultMillau in 2019. In an elegant and timeless ambience, Marco Campanella and his team create a top-class culinary experience serving light and especially fresh dishes with the focus on taste. The individual components on the plate will be easily recognisable – the experience lies in the play between the different consistencies – elaborate, refined and differently prepared.

• It is to be expected that there will certainly be fish as well as meat in the 6 courses.
  It should be noted that possible allergies must be indicated in advance, but in general no changes can be made to the menu.
